The Missing Link in West MI Hospice-Care

The Last Chapter Should Feel Like Home

Currently, families in Kent County facing end-of-life care are often trapped between two difficult extremes: the clinical coldness of a hospital or the overwhelming exhaustion of caregiving at home. This is what we see everyday:

1

Loved ones to spend their final days in environments that feel clinical instead of comforting.

2

Families feeling isolated and unsupported while trying to manage end of life care on their own.

3

Families struggling to balance work, life and constant caregiving responsibilities during an already overwhelming time.

4

Sterile hospital environments that prioritize medical routine over human connection and feel impersonal.

Our Story

Meca's Angels: A Legacy of Love in Every Room

Our mission began with founder Tiffany Conley’s desire to provide her own grandparents with care that was personal, dignified, and grounded in faith. She believed seniors deserve more than clinical support. They deserve community, purpose, and spiritual care.

As the vision grew, so did the mission.

What started as a faith based home care agency expanded into something greater: the creation of Kent County’s first social house for end of life care. A place designed to reduce isolation, foster connection, and provide compassionate, relationship centered support in a home like environment.

Guided by faith and conviction, Tiffany is building Meca’s House of Angels to serve families with love, dignity, and community at the center.
